Fewer unanswered equipment orders.
A missing note or unanswered supplier request can hold up an otherwise complete order. Gateway gives your team a current view of what was requested, what is missing and who needs to act.
The service supports wound care and primary care practices, including office, mobile and facility-based care.

Equipment and supplies

Clear responsibilities at each step.
The treating clinician selects and orders the equipment. The supplier confirms that it can furnish the item and handles delivery, setup, service and equipment billing. Gateway connects the records and follow-up between them.
Supplier coverage and delivery areas can differ between Missouri and Illinois. Each inquiry starts with the patient’s location, plan and supplier preference.
Fit the handoff to your practice.
We review how orders leave your practice, who receives supplier requests and where callbacks accumulate. Together, we establish a shared order list, responsibilities and an update routine.
For equipment requiring authorization, this connects with prior authorization tracking.
Common questions
Does Gateway furnish or bill for the equipment?
This service coordinates with the equipment supplier. The supplier confirms availability, benefits, delivery and equipment billing under its own arrangements. Gateway organizes the handoff and follows the order through.
Can you work with our existing suppliers?
Yes. We can keep existing supplier relationships and help organize orders, requests for records and status updates. If another supplier is needed, we help compare options that serve the patient’s location.
Can you coordinate orders for facility patients?
Yes. We first establish what the facility supplies and who is responsible for the item, then coordinate with the facility contact, prescribing practice and supplier.
