Mobile, nurse-practitioner-led wound care across a 50-mile radius — City of St. Louis, five surrounding counties, and dozens of cities and suburbs. Homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities welcome.
Gateway Wound Care provides in-home and in-facility wound care across five Missouri counties. Each county page below lists the specific cities and communities we visit and details the facility partnerships we maintain in that area.
Within St. Louis County, Gateway maintains dedicated community pages for the suburbs where we have the highest visit volumes and strongest facility partnerships.
Additional St. Louis County suburbs — including Clayton, Webster Groves, Maplewood, Brentwood, Ladue, Richmond Heights, University City, Hazelwood, St. Ann, and Maryland Heights — are served without a dedicated page. Call (314) 900-6944 to confirm coverage at your address.
Most of our visits are to the patient’s private residence — house, apartment, condo, or multi-generational family home. We handle parking, access, and scheduling around family availability.
We partner with SNFs across the metro to provide on-site NP wound management — supporting facility nursing without the cost of an in-house wound specialist. See For Care Partners.
Assisted living and memory care communities rely on Gateway for wound assessments their own staff cannot perform. We visit on schedule or by request for urgent concerns.
Gateway works alongside home-health agencies as the wound-care NP layer — providing specialist-level decisions while the home-health team handles day-to-day nursing needs.
